My bloodsugars are always high, making my blood really thick and on top of that I just sit and smoke constantly while eating crap!

I started getting chest pains so I had to quit.

I used to go to Saltburn with my aunty when I was a kid.Go to the beach and BREATHE!!!! The sea air will ake you feel so much better. you could go jogging on the beach too!(I originally come from Leeds,west yorks and Saltburn used to a good place to take the caravan)
