hi folks, just had to update. 5 days smoke free. so proud of myself, i have the odd craving but nothing big. no matter what happens, im a non smoker. thank you to buffy and everyone for your support. you know what im going through and it helps out. thanks and heres to being smoke free

You are doing so well almost a week now things will get much easyer then. Yes you should be proud its hard work but so worth it.
