I understand how you feel

Hi KitKat72

See my posting at week 2 "I smoked at the week-end" page 3.

I did the same a while ago. In a strange way I think it helped me reaffirm that I didn't want to smoke anymore, if that makes sense. I haven't smoked since and I'm on day 51. So there is light at the end of the tunnel. It was a very dangerous mistake to make, but luckily I made the right choice and am still not smoking. I really hope your able to get re-focused and make the same decision. GOOD LUCK;)

Totally!

I did that during my last quit too, I didn't smoke again for ages didn't want to either.

Then I thought ok I smoked and it didn't stick so I can do it again :D

Every party I smoked, then stopped till next time, thought i was a 'Social' smoker, then it increased, i needed more parties to get my fix. Before I knew it I was smoking daily again :(

So I would say yes, your normal! it happens do not worry your still a star and gave up so much for so long! 7 cigs can hardly take away all your efforts!!! but be careful x x x x

Your doing very well and are still considered a non smoker as of 14 weeks ago!

:) i am happy again - still on gum (boots own brand 2mg) bit cheaper- i only messed up the days i sed - in all it was 3half fags+7fags so 10half fags in total on that bad bad weekend - i am 16weeks nearly (4months)wow

does anyone know coz i messed up & smoked is my body repair thing back to square one?

also i would just like to say i am so grateful of words of advise felt too upset to reply at the time so needed to get happy stay focused & yes it is true i needed to know (curiosity) & also everytime i saw anyone with even a pack of fags in their bag i would think just give me one it was weird after doing so long my control took me by surprise - everyones different but hopefully no more trips - role on july 1st xxxx

also cant believe people are advertising fags on this forum (anyone else noticed) how very very dare they!!! (in catherine tate style)lol

Well Done for staying on track KitKat :D

4 months is a great achievement and I can't imagine that a total of 5 fags (even if it was the full 10 fags!) are going to match the damage that was caused when you smoked properly!

So no not back at sq1 I am pretty sure on that one.

Advertising in forums?! bloody liberty!

hehe yes I see and report them :) hopefully they'll get there just deserts soon lol

Keep up the good work
