Still not had a cig...

Well here I am on day 2....

Must admit i am struggling a bit, the worse bit is the anxious feeling that i have it is quite unpleasant :(

Then i just think about how better i am going to feel for doing this and try to keep busy. I think the key thing to all this is getting your head straight so then you know that you must do it....

I am normally back on the cigs in the past so i guess the worse has yet to come???

Thanks Buffy :)

Your support has been brilliant! I cannot thank you enough.

I feel ok at the moment keeping busy, i do like the fact that by each day I do this i can move onto the next forum and see my progress.

Thank you again

Kel :D

Yes I agree, the fact that you can move up forums sets a small achievable goals to help along the way

:D you should give yourself little treats to coincide with your moving up in forums :D

Because your worth it!

This is the really important thing! Some people (in fact most people on this board imho) who are really successful have a complete change of routine to help them. Some take up running or cycling or the gym but it doesn't have to be just exercise. Anything to help you keep your mind off the urges will do, and if you spend the money you would have spent on cigarettes, it won't cost you any extra!

Look at it as a chance to do something you've always been meaning to do, but try to do something!
