Hi all,

Thats 2 weeks today !!!

Can't quite believe it but I can't see any reason why I should relapse now.

First attempt using no NRT and going cold turkey.

This has been key for me, getting rid of all nicotine asap has definately been

the reason for my success.

Thanks to everybody on this site for your encouragement. We are a family with a common purpose - Freedom from the weed.
