Hi. I don't plan on smoking at all. The plan is to drink loads of Sangre (think thats how you spell it) eat loads of nice food (I can get rid of the weight in the gym when I get back!) and just totally chill out! We booked it ages ago, but in my head I made it a milestone that if I got to 4 weeks without smoking, my gift would be a week away just chilling out! Not flying out till Saturday morning.

Keep up the bike riding. It's strange because when I was smoking I hated any form of exercise but I am enjoying getting fit. Sounds like you are really enjoying yourself too, Hope to get a full update on your progress when I get back! Good luck.
