Last cigarette at 10.am this morning. New member and determined to give up today.Been on other sites without success and hope this is the time I will finally get rid of this poison.

This site is brilliant. I am on Day 13 now and everyone is so supportive and I have been really grumpy at times!!

I am sure you can do it, you have made the right decision and people on here really do give good advice and make you laugh when you are down.
