Hi all

Well we made it. Can’t say it’s not doing my head in though. Does that empty feeling ever go? Anyway going stick it out, not going through another day like today. Only thing that kept me going was watching the money I saved go up on my quit meter.

I have now been a none smoker for: 0Y 0W 1D 17H 44M 41S. I have not smoked: 52 Cigarettes. That amounts to a saving of over £ 11.00 I will now live longer by: 0Y 0W 0D 4H 10M. Since I Quit on the 06 March 2007. The number of people worldwide that has died from smoking related deaths is: 23826

These forums do help don’t they. Nearly messed up a couple of times to day but just kept thinking I don’t want to look a hypocrite to my son when I preach to him why he shouldn’t start. So thanks again all for the support and I’m off now to post in day three yippee
