Day 11 - No Cravings

Another smoke free day. I'm getting really confident about this thing. No cravings to mention.

I know its a cliche but today I ended up running to catch a bus .... and caught it without skipping a beat (or gasping for air).

Started to cough a lot more today but I think my system is just cleaning itself out. It feels like a cold but from what I've read on the internet, the symptoms are common after given up smoking and should only last a few days / weeks.

Nice to see that the forum here is getting busier and that more and more people are nnot smoking. Good luck all.
