Well, my second update today - my first having been all positive. Unfortunatly this one not quite so. The first thing is I HAVE NOT SMOKED but I have been craving pretty bad all afternoon. I have spend a lot of the time reading up on all the benefits of stopping (not that I need a reminder, but I know from past experience that it is too easy to talk myself into smoking and putting off stopping till another time:
I have just read that after 4 weeks, the physical cravings should be over with and I think I can hold out till then (well I hope so) So I am hoping that someone who has got to that point can tell me that it is the case
