Hi everyone

Good luck and congratulations to all who have managed to conquer to dreaded weed. I have just had my last cigarette and will be waking up tomorrow ready for the challange ahead.

Planning to go cold turkey with a hand from Paul McKenna and his techniques.I will let you know how my first day went tomorrow.

Hopefully I will not be too grumpy :mad:

Don't forget that NRT can help if cold turkey becomes too much. Try some of the tips on this site, good luck!
