Hello hello. I'm on Day 11. And things are going surprsignly well. Actually better thatn you'd imagine. And I've noticed a difference down the gym. I even tried one of those spinning classes. I tell you they are hard! I was soo out of breath but I got through the class. I bet I wouldn't have got through it if I'#d still been smoking.
