First of all I'd like to say thanks to the support and the messages that I've had on here. I'm still going strong and made it to day 14 without too much trouble. My breathing is so much better now so much so that i've joined the gym something that I could never have done 2 weeks ago. I've found that keeping myself active and being more healthy has spurred me on. I'm still not sleeping well even after a couple of hours at the gym but I'm sure it will improve in time.
