The patches seem to be doing the trick. I stick one on when I wake up and take it off at night. Work's been busy to keep my mind off it - but the weekend could be tricky. We've found a restaurant that's smokefree so we're going out for dinner on Saturday night so no temptation there!

Yeah, I've not used them before but glad I am. It seems to be helping somehow, and I am really determined this time to never sstart again.
