Feeling Ill

I have to give up due to feeling ill, my poor body has had enough of being poisoned! So good bye to heady headaches and hello to feeling real good and lots more energy lol. On my 3rd day now, using patches and i am feeling really good. My husband has also given up, cold turky style and he is doing really well! I am so proud of him . Good luck everyone.
