Second time lucky...

I'm trying again after 'bin gate' - i did the classic, fags out of the bin first time round. Smoked em all on New Years Eve so I had none left. Going cold turkey. Keep going...

Did you see the programme last night with tara palmer tomkinson trying to stop. That doctor made them smoke loads in time to the ticks on his clock. Do you that really works or is it for the TV?

I saw that. She did the smokers brethalizer and got 16. I did that at my doctors and got 34, so I cut down.
