I teamed up with a friend who wanted to lose weight so we kept each other going - I kept her off the choccies and she wouldn't let me go for my fag breaks. It worked really well and meant I had somebody to winge to when I really really wanted a cig!

Sounds good. I can't keep of the crisps. The vending machine in the staff room is my new best friend. Warmer than the front smokers step I s'pose.

I agree, me and my mate quit together and without him i don't think i would have made it to 3 months. Shame i had to go and let him down by having a fag , followed by more - i hate myself for it.
