I went in the bin last night and fished out a cig. It has a bit of spaghetti on it. Pretty nasty - caved in this morning and bought a ten pack. Keep me out of bins.

Don't leave them anywhere in the house. Chuck them in the bins on the street. I made that mistake and ended up sneaking downstairs at 2 in the morning and digging out the packet that I'd crushed up and smoking two cigs one after another that had tobacco falling out the sides and rubbish on them.
