I joined Health Unlocked for another community where most of the posts are locked and you need to follow to read the post and responses. I was looking for information on another health matter. Whilst here I browsed other communities and found NSD. I thought why not? If I can help just one person quit and stay quit then it will be worthwhile.

I then realised you were a bunch of nutters and felt at home so decided to stay

It's over 7 years since I stopped smoking, time has flown. I now have COPD so there's no chance that I will ever smoke again!
