Dr Josh Brody at Mount Sinai in New York has had some great results with Immune therapy treatments. I have read several reports and studies. Just wondering if anyone else has information. Based mainly on Decentric cells reactivation I beleive.

Not got information, but I have heard that immunotherapy is becoming the preferred treatment over chemo.

Immunotherapy saved my husband’s life. NHL ALK+ stage 3, and during chemo had recurrence in CSF leptomeneges . Doctors said he had all chemo they could apply but Opdivo was an option (black box for NHL) if insurance approved.

He is Day 113 post stem cell transplant and doing well.

Thanks and I am glad it worked. I had my visit and I too believe it will be the future treatment. Unfortunately for now I have to treat the symptoms and I have BR Chemo to do that. It will give me and the clinics time to find the cure. Maybe sometime in the future and I hope it is the far future, I will need Immunotherapy. I believe it will cure me and many others.

Yes it seems immunotherapy is used almost as last resort because they know what and how chemo effects, but still learning what/how immunotherapy effects long term. Best wishes for your journey
