Toothpaste fluoride interacting with CBD oil.

I am using sea salt to brush my teeth. They feel better. Most of the teeth pain has lessen.

I'd check into how abrasive sea salt is to your teeth enamel.

Yes I second that. Salt and baking soda if used daily may thin the enamel. I'm against fluoridating water as I don't believe in mass medication, it may be bad for people with thyroid problems and there are convincing arguments suggesting that only topical fluoride as in toothpaste helps prevent cavities. However, there are many non fluoridated toothpastes available in the health food shops. Glad to hear the sensitivity is clearing up anyway.
