When we are seeking out ways to help ourselves with our lymphomas , reducing sugar (and starchy food) consumption along with suitable exercise can go a long way in helping us to stay healthy along with treatment when necessary.

The article you posted is about sugar and how it can increase cancer growth. I have been on McDougall's high starch diet that for the past 6 years and I have never felt better or had such good blood work. A healthy plant based starch diet has saved my life. There is a difference between sugar and starches.

Yes, you're right. It is the grain based starches that, when stripped of fibre, convert quickly to sugar in the body. Carbohydrates from vegetables are a necessary part of our diet. Glad to hear that you're having such good results :-)
