Prominent bilateral blockages 12 week ultrasound

I had an ultrasound today at 12w3d and i was told by the ultrasound technician that baby has prominent bilateral urinary blockages, is measuring on the 3rd percentile and also has a low PAAP-A

Has anyone experienced this? Ive been told to have a NIPT and now being referred to fetal medicine …
