Good day everyone I have a boy of 15 years with stage 3 disease what are preventive I can put in place for further damages? Thanks

yes he has been diagnosed and realized that his kidney diseases already in stage 3

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that he is in stage 3 CKD. I would say the best things for him to do are to: 1. control his blood pressure. 2. monitor his blood glucose. 3. eat a kidney-friendly diet and 4. exercise regularly. Check out NKF's resources here: kidney.org/nutrition/Kidney...
