Online support group with meetings for kids with kidney transplant?

Hi,

My best friend's daughter had a kidney transplant about a year ago and sometimes she really struggles living with all the hard things that they still face. Does anyone attend (or be interested in creating) some kind of virtual meeting for parents with similar situations?

She is a mom of two young girls and her husband is deployed in the middle east for a year, so she can get super overwhelmed. I am trying to set anything up for her that could help support her.
