18 yr old daughter has one small useless kidney, the other kidney working at 79%. Every couple of weeks or so she has bouts of sickness and lethargy which pass quickly, then she is back to her usual happy active self. Is this connected to the kidney problem?

A couple of years back she had her appendix removed after years of stomach/bowel complaints and this improved things a lot. The doctor said at the time her appendix was "scarred and stuck" and some scarring on her bowel.

Anyone had something similar........can't seem to find out why this has happened and seems to be ongoing with second kidney.
