I am almost 2 month post op, and as a man I am suffering from ED after transplant. Is it safe to consume Sildenafil, better known as viagra?

Dear EAR64,

I would be Very Carful Indeed, about taking Viagra- or indeed Any Other 'Chemical' stimulant. I would advise you to instead 'Talk' to your Transplant Team, at one of your Check Ups..... Far Far Safer than 'Popping Pills', especially as a Kidney Recipient.

Sorry to Rain On Your Parade, my friend, with the Immune Suppressants- that you are now on- I think you Need to see your Transplant Team BEFORE you 'Take' Anything not Prescribed. Can I just say However

I was told by my transplant team that it was OK to use. I am on tacrolimus, mycophenalate, and low dose prednisone. I agree with AndewT that you should check with your transplant team.
