Does anyone here take a weight loss supplement? I really could use something to help lose some weight, but I'm afraid they could cause problems with my transplant. I try to watch my diet and exercise when I can (I like to walk but I have a nerve problem in one leg).

You really need to discuss what supplements you take with pharmacist at your transplant center. All supplements can have an interaction with your medications, affecting their absorption and worse, creating toxicity. ONLY trained pharmacist can make assessment and recommendations.
I can recommend IF intermittent fasting, work the best. No pills, no restriction of food and no impact on your bones from rigid exercise. I have my transplant in 2003, I gained 50 pounds after transplant. I have bone problems, hip and back problems I think is due to medications. I have done IF and I have see changes in my weight.
