Iam 27 year old. Is it possible urine microalbumin value 0 in urine test? Normal range 0-30mg/l

There should be very little to no albumin in your urine. Damaged kidneys let some albumin pass into the urine. I'm assuming you're on dialysis since your post is on that page. Dialysis is very efficient, sometimes too efficient, at removing proteins like that one. Often, dialysis patients are asked to increase their protein intake for that reason.
