Why did Davita administrators get covid-19 virus shots but not the patients?

It makes you wonder, doesn't it. Dialysis patients are a great revenue source for the company. In our case, hubby got the vaccine (both doses) from his DaVita dialysis center some time ago. But I've had to wait until tomorrow since I don't have underlying conditions other than age. I understand that the states decide which companies and organizations get the vaccine and which ones don't. Our governor is a physician who made sure some of the vaccines were routed to the dialysis centers very early on. (We're in Virginia.) Hope your state does this too. Better late than never. And I'd like to add, it's always good to vote the right people into office!
