How much can creatinine fluctuate?

I’m still new to all of this

I’ve only had 4 blood tests in total (all within the last few months) each one has shown a slightly lower egfr & higher creat. Is my function declining or can it fluctuate?

It could be either. I suggest you plot on a graph eg spreadsheet, now and in future to note the trend. I do this for my mum's results.If you can access the results online, you may find the results are already plotted graphically.
