Yes I have pkd I’m in stage 5 ckd so many of my family had it it has it. I get back flank pain a lot I also have cyst in liver and I can feel my kidney pressing against other organs sometimes it like I cramping up and can’t move for a Moment . I use my heating pad alot . I’m lucky I have not had use amount of swelling sometime my ankles will swell a little not a lot.my stomach is a little big cause size of my kidneys but I excepted I’m not never going to have a model waist. I have had berry aneurysm two brain surgeries because some people with pkd get aneurysm. You ask any issues that about what I can think of now may be other but that what I can think of .

Yes I have pkd and I'm in stage 3. I discovered this after follow up for high blood pressure. I was offered genetic testing but refused. Doctors don't know if mine is genetic or acquired pkd. I have some discomfort in right side but not too bad. My kidneys are full of cysts, but no cysts have been found anywhere else.
