While my numbers were not bad I had insomnia. Then I had reduced urine. Had a urine test and no protein found. Now fatigue so I don’t go out

Having an eGFR of 89 is the top of Stage 2 CKD and means you have nearly all of your kidney function. I doubt that any fatigue is due to CKD.

I am confused though, you have made other posts saying you have Stage 5 and talking about hair loss.

Have you been tested for autoimmune diseases? They can cause fatigue and hair loss and other random symptoms as can depression.

Good luck.

Who told you you had Chronic Kidney Disease? A GFR of 89 is barely stage 2 and is probably your norm do to age. Kidney function decreases with age. How many renal panels have you had. NO protein loss either? What markers made you thing you had CKD? I think, KGsr you need some mental health support and not kidney support. Please seek the help you need. Your constant list of complaints and symptoms have nothing to do with CKD and a GFR of 89. Please be considerate of the time invested in this forum that needs to go to people who really need help with CKD.
