I am going to transplant by swaping method.all test done of recipant and donar.my gfr is 7 and creatinine is7.Is it safe to do transplant.

I was part of an exchange as well. I received a kidney from a woman about 15 years younger than me, while my friend's kidney was flown across the country to be transplanted in another recipient. He and I are both well after 5 years. My GFR was about 4 when I was transplanted. I was on peritoneal dialysis for a year before that.
