There are a number of viral diseases that can be associated with CKD. Did you receive a diagnosis of one, and if so which one?

An ear infection put me in hospital ,as an emergency.-local GP mis-diagnoses !!!! My kidney function dropped to 8% , however climbed to 16%. Now found CKVD although apparently not giving overall extra probs'.....body otherwise" fit & well" as expected !The hospital are keeping a Eagle Eye on me (I'll check 'which' Viral Disease they've found next Blood Test, Tuesday.

Hang in there. Be careful of the antibiotics they order. Repeatedly ask if anything that is ordered for you is safe for your kidneys.
