Is it right that I should still be needing and actively seeking medication and psychological support after being mentally abused by the NHS Ombudsman (PHSO) for many years in an unresolved complaint. Both the NHS and PHSO lied and changed evidence to favour protection of NHS negligence. I hear that this is a common problem with PHSO, who do not observe UK law on disability discrimination and actively denigrate and harass traumatised complainants. I'm sure this must be criminal but there is no complaint path. As well as the abuse of the complainant, many people probably die as a result of covering up the original patient abuse up to their death. PHSO appears to be above the law, and the leadership visibly arrogant in ignoring their problems.
