Health Unlocked Needs to Listen to Patients

This web site is very poor because:

1. I cannot enter my condition which is known by several names which this web site will not accept. Names include Neurogenic Bladder, CAUTIs (Catheter Associated Repeat UTIs, Urine Retention, Cauda Equina Slow Onset (with Retention) or CES-R

2. The site has no facility to support patients who are in the process of making complaints

I think this web site is probably run by a body with an NHS partnership agreement which prevents any candour.

The number of visits to this web site is small, probaly because it does not do enough for patients and certainly not for me.
