Complaint

It probably depends who your complaint is against: Hospital, GP or some other NHS service. A good starting point may be to speak to your local Citizen's Advice Bureau. They can often be a good source of information.
Google "NHS England". The look at "Contact us". Then contact them concerning your complaint. They will tell you what you need to do.
First find out about your local NHS complaint Advocacy service - see nhscomplaintsadvocacy.org/ to see what level of complaint is appropriate. Try and ensure through them that an NHS complaint is dealt with correctly and fully. Do not approach the Health Services Ombudsman as it is extremely unlikely that you will get satisfaction or resolution that way. Press for all the local answers you can get and if you are are not satisfied get legal advice if e.g. it's about harm or injury.
Unfortunately this is a complete waste of time while you may get attacked & libelled if you stick to your guns giving you heart attacks.
Think seriously if you want to make a complaint because it may harm you more when you are ignored, fobbed-off, put on hold, told you are wrong, or when they tell you that you it was your fault you didn't ask for something that they never told about in the first place. There is no complaint system so dont get hoodwinked into thinkig there is.
