Have recently tested out getting into emergency contact regarding serious safety issues to find those administering in call centres and on remits re SAB deliberately blocking . Yet when issues raised such as ambulance provision blame the victims and Europe .

Worse are the Disability Commission & Parliament / Government who had an opportunity to put right using me as a case study [ up to date research techniques ] as was doing an MA at time [ nearly 60] had to extend at the time for same reason .Did they adapt /listen ? It is/was completely unreasonable making one wonder whether the party in control with this attitude was the NF .

Years ago before Thatcher when would raise issues of serious personal and public concern I could immediately contact an ethical Manager or Director with authority and common sense .They would resolve personally usually instantly .One of the best was Trading Standards . I used to think what would I do without Trading Standards The answer has been shown to be to be given so much stress & bullying trying to raise the issues one has a heart attack dying 3x.[ revived with angioplasty]

If all these Call centres that are unable to assist were closed immediately there would be plenty of money in the kitty .Forums OK .By the way the saga of contacting the SAB goes on with the Charities equally wasting time copying the call centre set up as does every Governmental & legal public service .Fair hearing?

It appears the Police & LA call centres are first point of contact & are just brainwashed passive call handlers on remits ?! The consequence can be seen daily on the news as well as the terrible Greenfell tragedy .

It is the Government & it's exclusivity & lack of democracy allowing the Treasury ,who can't do maths, to dictate by not funding appropriately deferring to those it has allowed to be cash strapped & unethical .Nobody has decent honest responsibility & authority that involves discretion & action .

PS. By the way this is same negligent system for those who can't access appropriate care for mental illness relying on voluntary boards & committee meeting 3 monthly if that ,directed by PA to not take concerns so that can improve situation from the root cause.A quick fix is not just it .This is madness.Yet it is how are elected representatives are not assisting or intervening .Is this democratic?
