Need help with medication choices

I have had my neuopathy for nearly 20 years, but, it has only been the last year in which I cannot take the pain anymore. One doctor put me on gapapentin then the other doctor took my off. Now experimenting with pain patches, and percacet. Please anyone out there, that can recommend a solutionl .

Do you have a pain control Doctor? This would be very beneficial for you as I have one and he helps me so much! He tries hard. My G. P. Had me on Percocet hydromorphine contin dilauted OxyContin Ativan Gabapentin Cymbalta lyrica and many more. I felt like a Guinney

Now I take Kadian as main pain med and Statex as a break through pain med and medical marijuana ( which does give me some relief from the agonizing pain. You have to watch how the pain meds affect your heart as I was on one that almost blew my heart and my pain doc helped me as your heart tame is from 100-500 maximum well mine was at 450 when there I was getting an ecg. I could’ve died and was spared thank you god! I now take a beta-blocker for the heart. Prayers and hugs
