I am seriously struggling and feel so isolated. Work is becoming harder due to the fatigue & brain confusion and I feel I never have a good day. I have lost what friends I had due to never socialising or even texting back. I have now been diagnosed with PTSD, which I don't understand but I know it's linked to the brain injury. Does this ever get better? I'm 1 year in & feel I'm no further along other than I'm no longer trying to be my normal self again.
