My experience has been as follows
1. One day while walking it felt as though there was a weight on my shoulders and I got a bit tired and therefore aborted my walk. But I could walk over 2 kms
2. The next day, my left eye was giving a problem as there were tears at regular intervals. I could walk over 2 kms
