I have Bell's Palsy. I have this for the past 3 days and I am on medications . I am 58 ywars old and I normally walk for a few kms (3-5 kms) every day. Can I continue to walk or will this create any problems for me? Please advise

My experience has been as follows

1. One day while walking it felt as though there was a weight on my shoulders and I got a bit tired and therefore aborted my walk. But I could walk over 2 kms

2. The next day, my left eye was giving a problem as there were tears at regular intervals. I could walk over 2 kms
