Tethered Cord Syndrome

hi anyone in this community suffering from this? Mine is a complication from an op for a spinal dural arterial venous fistula and led to two instances of tethering in different places. Current symptoms are continence issues due to the first fistula and spasm and tightness below the waist making mobility difficult so using crutches, walker and wheelchair depending on distance and where I am on a shed load of meds, paracetamol, tramadol, Baclofen, diazepam and buscopan. Nothing seems to be working. Any one gave any experience with this?
