Hi my name is Dave I have 10 brain injuries 2 of which is from 2 strokes the others are from other things my first was from a head on car wreak with a semi truck my fiance at the time was traveling to my parents for either Thanksgiving or Christmas I can't remember which but the truck was driving a double shift which put him way over his hours which his company encouraged which was violation of federal law but he fell asleep driving over me and my fiance's camerow killing her and the prosecutor wanted him to have him tried federally which from what I have read gave him more time if convicted which he was of vehicler homicide and attempted and he got life in prison for her and 80 years for me plus more time for other charges and in federal prison you don't get out early because there is no parole you serve your whole sentence that is why the County prosecution wanted him tried federally they were federal crimes any ways that's my life story I also have sever chronic pain from the wreak and brain injuries but I fight every day to survive any ways that's my story tell me yours
