World mental health day

This is just one moment out of many over the last 5yrs, I’ve experienced not being able to put into words how I’m feeling. I didn’t really suffer from mental health before my illness but it’s a reoccurring challenge that only helps by talking to someone & understanding why you have days where you just can’t seem to articulate your thoughts & feel quite sad. I wrote about some of these moments in my book Room 23 to let others know the difficulties. I always post happy positive images on my SM & very rarely share this emotion of my other days, it’s because I try & fill my days with things I enjoy to do, in return it changes my mood which I like to share with others. Being positive & being able to talk to charities like @brainandspine @thebeefoundation @sameyouorg has really helped me understand this & a huge shout out to my neuropsychologist Dr.Russel @salfordroyalhospital who has helped me through my most difficult days. If you haven’t experienced this then you can’t understand the uncertainty it brings - it needs to be talked about. It’s Mental health awareness day - do please be mindful of others and please be kind. 😊🦋. @worldmentalhealth

I’ve posted a video on my Instagram and Twitter to reflect this hope you get a chance to watch.
