I have aggressive rheumatoid arthritis and and spinal degeneration. Am in great pain in back and legs, alleviated at present by prednisolone. I'm trying to separate the rheumatoid from the spinal. Any response

Hi, just responded to your other post. You have problems like me, spinal degeneration and RA.

I have 3 prolapsed discs plus one disintegrating and the lower spine is being compressed, amongst other things.

I took steroids for a long time, now taking co-codamol 39/500 and Tramadol. Nothing really works and it takes hours before anything kicks in.

Now I can’t walk any distance and use a walking stick.

Not a great place to be in.
