Sex after conceive

Hi, plz tell me that if we conceive and don't know until taking test , if we intercourse between this time (conceiving to test).

Is there any affects or it is harmful?

If you are healthy and everything is good and you're comfortable then you can have sex any time till you give birth

But sometimes I think that might be this could be the reason, coz I'm trying til taking test.

Most people don't know they are pregnant till they miss a period - and they have normal sex and everything is fine, so don't worry.

If you want to get pregnant then best is to find out your ovulation day and try that day.

Can u help me how can I find my ovulation day, coz my periods are irregular from last 2 months

If they are irregular you can't tell... but you can't buy tests to tell you when ovulation is.

Roxana mentioned that most easy way to do it is to go to pharmacy (or Amazon) and buy ovulation tests (most times they look similar to pregnancy tests) and when you ovulate they show it.

However, you can use different methods too.

First thing I did was I downloaded a menstruation app MyDaysX and started putting in data - the days my period were. After few months the app perfectly predicted my next period and also noted me when I am ovulation.

I think for me it was easy as my cycle is quite regular (+- 2 days)

However, I was looking into more details to know when my ovulation is, so I found this website which helped me :

I started notice different discharge from my cervix (when not ovulating it was white but when ovulation happened (and few days before) it got see through (egg white consistency) - very sticky and quite a lot on the ovulation day (I even wondered if I peed myself 🤔). Also when I was in the shower and checked my cervix then I noticed how it change its position (sometimes it's high up but sometimes down low)

Also I noticed that on ovulation day my sexual 'wants' or 'needs' increased (I wanted more sex than usual) and my breasts became tender - and stayed tender till my period (what a pain)...

Friend of mine was trying conceive for long and she started using thermometer system (measure temperature 🤒 every morning, the same time in the morning after waking up, before getting out of bed) few months later after understand the plot she got pregnant.

I did not use this method as I wake up every day at different times and was lazy to put alarm every morning and write down the temperature.
