Nose bleeds

I've had a couple of nose bleeds this week, just came out of the blue luckily I was at home both times so was able to run to the bathroom. I've never had a nose bleed before in my life.

Has anyone else had this or does anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing them. I'm a bit worried.

A friend of mine had regular nosebleeds throughout both her pregnancies. Due to the increased amount of blood your body produces during pregnancy.
