Ginger is good for nausea, so I keep ginger biscuits in.I think you can get it in capsule form though

Ginger biscuits helped me too. But what I found really worked was wearing travel bands. I had to wear them throughout my pregnancy as I constantly felt sick. If I had forgotten to put them on in the morning I soon knew about it!

Hi hon, I sympathise as I was horribly sick through my pregnancy too. I tried everything, ginger biscuits, crackers, travel bands, the list goes on! The best thing that helped me was to snack, little and often on whatever I could eat and whatever I fancied. Some days I didn't eat very healthily at all but my mw said that as long as I was getting something inside me and topping up with pregnancy vitamins then all was ok.... I kept my local shop in business with my jelly baby snacking! Good Luck and I hope it passes soon. Oh, having hubby bring me tea and toast in bed before I even attempted to get up eased the worst of the morning sickness, try that one if you can ;)
